I made some without the sugar sprinkles on top and they were definitely lacking. They were ok, but not to die for, at least for me.

I used lime zest instead of lemon added about 1/4 cup of lime juice as I was a bit short on butter. I was very impressed with how they turned out. I’ll definitely make these again.
