Soft ,yummy and easy to make! I did not make the icing yet but I did add a dallop of lemon curd to the mddle of each cupcake before baking. YUMMY! The only thing is that the lemon curd ended up all the way at the bottom of the cupcake. These were so good! I ate a couple efore the children devoured all of them! Thanks!
