I made these, this past weekend and have fallen in love with the texture, flavor and tart sweetness of them! They are like Lemon pillows ! I added a tsp of lemon extract to the icing mixture that gave the cookies a distinct lemon flavor. I am making these again Thursday for my son’s high school bake sale! Thanks for a great recipe!
