Delicious! Tasted so creamy and had nice flavors, the amount of lemon was just right. Prepared it for dessert for a family gathering, everyone loved it! My sister-in-law, who is British, loved topping it with cream (as did the rest of us, following her example!). I didn’t have cardamom so just added a small pinch of cinnamon, but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. Winner!

I must admit I made this with 1% milk and some really stale mini-bagels that were living in my freezer. I let it sit until all the little pieces were soggy before I baked it. Great results and good for mid-summer.

I stopped eating sweet cereals years ago and I am so glad that I came across this recipe. It tastes exactly like Fruity Pebbles or Trix or Fruit Loops!! Took me back to the good old days! Thanks for sharing!

I actually had all the ingredients to make this recipe, which was a miracle in itself!! I used raspberries instead of blueberries. The end result was delicious!! Thank you for a wonderful recipe.
