I made a few little changes and it was incredible. I added white chocolate chips to the mix, left our the lemon extract but did use a lemon cake mix. I also added the zest of a large lemon to the cake in addition to zest in the icing and it really gave it a fresh and homemeade taste. I will make this again! non-cake eaters even loved it!
