We’re in So Calif so it was a extremely hot day which I think made it even better. I doubled the recipe to accommodate a 8×13 pan and this was so easy and delicious. Sweet and tart at the same time, loved the crust (I did add a tad of vanilla to the crust before cooking). Had lot’s of requests for the recipe which I will deliver soon. Thank you for such a treat!!!
