I just made these cookies this morning. They are absolutely to die for. I’m set for the winter, a batch of these cookies, a cup of tea, and a good book. I did add 1/2 cup off white chocolate chips to the batter. Scrumptious!!

Loved these! I will definitely make again. I doubled both the lemon juice and the lemon zest and it was perfect. I may add more next time. Sprinkled powdered sugar on top.

These are very yummy and super easy to make. Love them. Personally, I did up the lemon juice and zest and I used a silpat. Mine looked just like yours did and one batch was soft and the other batch a little crispier (since I cooked them 2 min longer). Thx!!

Word of caution. You should not be alone in the house when you make these. It is unsafe as you cannot eat just one! These are great and never last long in the house. They were a big hit at teacher appreciation day.

Loved these cookies. Very easy to make and they have a wonderful texture when baked. The lemon flavor is different than other lemon cookies I’ve tried and it is a nice change. The recipe doesn’t yield many cookies, so I doubled mine and will probably do that each time I make them.

I’ve made these twice and I’m about to make them again! This time I think I’ll try making them “pink lemonade” style with some strawberry extract and maybe tiny bits of strawberry or juice? With pink sprinkles!
