We love anything with a generous crumb layer and the lemon was a nice change to the usual ‘coffee cake’! Next time,I think I will add more lemon juice to the cake layer to make the lemon flavor more pronounced,the zest makes it super fragrant but not super lemony tasting. Still deliciohs though!
