		<description><![CDATA[I made this for the 4th of July and it was a huge hit! Next time I would add a bit more lemon because I could not taste it as much as I would have liked. I used blueberries and strawberries, both fresh, and they turned out great. The recipe made more than would fit in my pan for both the crust and the filling so I used the rest to make cupcake sized little cheesecakes. YUM!! I can&#039;t wait to make it again.]]></description>
