I made these for my brother in law’s birthday and noone even commented on them. I thought they were good, but not that different than other recipies I have tried.

These were very tasty! The only thing I’d note is to make sure to store them in the refrigerator – they are best served cold.

These bars were great! I mixed the filling a bit too much, I guess, because it had a little bit of a foamy texture on the top after it cooked, but they still tasted great. Will make again!

These are delish! My dad calls them “eat ‘em ’til you’re sick” lemon bars. They are so good that it’s hard to make yourself stop! I also had to bake the crust and filling a little longer than 15 minutes, but they came out perfectly.
