		<description><![CDATA[This is much easier than I remembered from the days when my mother made it in a double boiler, about 60 years ago! She always rinsed the pot with cold water before heating milk to keep it from sticking, so I did too. It does seem to work.
I didn&#039;t have sweetened condensed milk, so I added 4 Tbsp. cane sugar. It was a bit too sweet; next time I&#039;ll try 3 Tbsp.]]></description>
