Made this today, trying out new Easter give away ideas. It was a sloppy, gloppy, stringy mess!! I don’t own a pan large enough to fit and be able to stir the huge amount of popcorn needed. I was sure this was going to be a dismal failure. Alas, after using 2 pans and a a lot of hoping…. the popcorn turn out perfect!! I will definitely make this again, I’m going to use the removable pan from my electric roaster to make the next batch and spread it on wax paper to cool. Awesome recipe!!

Super easy and really tasty recipe! Just made it for our family super bowl party. However if you follow the recipe exactly it would make a ton of popcorn. I halved it and made 2 colors. I also added food coloring to get darker colors. With just the Kool-Aid it turns out a little pastel. My kids love it and as long as you bake it like it says then the candy coating is super crunchy. Spraying your bowl and pans with non-stick spray will be a real help. My 11yr old son has declared this a new Super Bowl must have.

This was a fun recipe to make for my 11 year old. The candy coating was a little sticky but the flavor was great. Thanks for sharing!

This is great! My picky 4 year old said “Yuck” but me and my coworkers ate every bit of it! It was really good!

WOW!! This is an ingenious idea! Do you know how many kids I (babysit) could keep busy and happy with this?! lol! I usually just pop hulless popcorn ( which i found at http://www.justpoppin.com) with them and they get to put on their own toppings – cheese, cinnamin sugar, etc… – but this is definately something i never thought about!! <3 THANX for the idea!!!!!
