		<description><![CDATA[I made these with a slight twist of my own. The cookie dough turned out perfect and is crumbly and soft when you bite into them- I didnt change a thing from your recipe. I dont like Hershey Kisses though so I used something else. I had a little box of chocolate mint thins from walgreens. I melted them down and rolled them into little balls and used those instead. I used your icing recipe except I excluded the vanilla and used just a drop or two of mint extract and some green food coloring. Your picture inspired the mint theme! They are so yummy and addictive! Thanks for the recipe, I love how easy it will be to make variations with it.]]></description>
