I just made this this afternoon. It was delicious!! However, the middle of my cake didn't cook....even after 40 minutes. It passed the toothpick test, and I took it out of the oven because the edges were getting super crispy, but the middle was light, and let it sit on top of the oven for 30 minutes hoping that it would firm up some. When it was completely cool, I tried to turn the pan over onto a decorating board so I could frost and decorate the cake, and that's when I discovered the middle was not cooked through. Very sad. But it didn't stop us from eating the edges :)
