Made these today with natural peanut butter (just peanuts and sea salt). Melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Chewy in the middle and lightly crispy around the edges. This is THE recipe, folks!

Made these cookies for my dad today and they were awesome! We were eating them as fast as they came off the cookie sheet. This is my new go to peanut butter cookie recipe.

Everything was going fine, until I added the flour. The texture of the dough completely changed into this dry, not very good tasting, dough. I decided to try and make the cookies anyways, but they fell apart on the sheet. The next day- blech. I really wanted these to work, as the receipe is super easy and I followed the directions perfectly. Oh well- back to he Betty Crocker recipe.

Oh my goodness! SO soft and peanut buttery…. I have to admit that I was craving some chocolate so I threw in 4-5 oz of choc chips and the combination was fabulous!! YUMMY and so very easy… Thanks.
