This is a questions and review. Found your recipe about 4 years ago and OMG BOMB DIGGITY BOMB BOMB!!! every time I make these.. gone in a snap.
Wanted to know if it could be make into cupcakes? so it’s easier to share.

Update….I love this recipe! I made cheesecake swirled brownies tonight, using a different brownie recipe, and was disappointed. Now I wish I had used this recipe, minus the liquor/beer (since I didn’t have any). Would have been awesome, even in it’s virgin form.

These are decadent & delicious! Verrrry rich, although, I did use ghirardelli 60% cocoa chips-so they were extra chocolately. I would rate them as an intermediate difficulty since there are multiple steps….but definitely worth the time AND they make a big pan. The only thing I tweaked was I used Bailey’s in the ganache, since I didn’t have any Irish Whiskey on hand. Make these for the man in your life & he will be yours forever!!!

Often a brownie recipe looks amazing, but cannot match in flavor what the ingredient list creates in my mind. NOT THE CASE with these brownies! They are incredible. Expensive, but incredible. I wouldn’t change a thing about the recipe itself as the proportions are perfect, but would point out that this makes big, rich, decadent brownies that you will NOT want to share with the kids- and LOTS of it! Be prepared to share with other adults…or gain 15 lbs. I will definitely have to add this to our “March favorites”.
