I got 27 good size cookies out of this, not that that is a bad thing. They are so delicious that having a few extra around is probably for the best. Huge reward for minimal effort.

Everything turned out delicious! The only thing I came across was, I doubled the recipe and instead of making 48 it made 72. I checked my measurements and everything, and I scooped evenly with a cookie dough scoop. Unless it serves 72 people 3 cookies each, which is probably the case now that I think about it The more the merrier!
