A tasty, moist, made to go with coffee, cookie. I omitted the glaze, a personal preference, preferring to let the cookie stand on its own. It’s that good.

I’d make these again. Pretty good – nothing really over powers anything, a tasty blend of flavors. I made an apple cider icing which is the same as yours just cider instead of milk. How do you get icing to look so nice and stay on the cookies? Mine goes on and slides all over, leaving some on the cookie and some on the sheet beneath the cooling rack.

When I tried these, I had trouble with the texture – I should’ve added a bit more flour. I added nuts after the first batch and that helped firm them up. Very yummy – very sweet!

I made these and really liked them. I didn’t put the glaze on and they were plenty yummy without it. They’re also super soft, which I like.
