I was going to come here and ask more specifics on how to make the frosting because my chocolate and my marshmallows were too lumpy (lumps in the final product). But now I see that I FORGOT to ADD MILK, like you specified. Doh!
I’m still going to give this a 5 star rating though because my dh said that they still tasted yummy. Next time, I will repeat to myself–add milk, add milk, add milk…
