		<description><![CDATA[THIS is the recipe I&#039;ve used for some time.  Some cooks will say &quot;that&#039;s cheating&quot;, but I&#039;m telling you...it is so good!  My family turned noses up a bit at first, until after the first bite..and a slight smile.  The second bite and they are all over for the recipe!

This can be quite rich, so often I will bake my crust in a tart pan (removable bottom, 12&quot;), add the filling and broil as above.  It i so good and the perfect ration of crust to filling, not too sweet!]]></description>
