I’m sorry if you found the rosemary overpowering. When you steep the rosemary, you have to taste it every now and then to get the desired strength. Try steeping it for a little less time next time:)

I would reduce the rosemary by at least half, probably 1/4-1/3. I think this would be lovely as long as the rosemary is only a background flavor.
