The recipe says a 40 minute cooking time, but it was more like 10 from start to finish. (I made a half batch, so a whole batch might take a little longer, but I can’t imagine it going more than 20 minutes.) Use really good tasting chocolate chips, because this sauce doesn’t really alter the flavor of the chocolate. I’m excited to actually try it on ice cream, but it tastes great straight out of the pan!
