It is so easy, smooth, and delicious! You can add more or less milk to have a thin or thick frosting. I like to make it thin and pour it over chocolate bundt cake so there is a nice puddle of chocolate at the bottom. It thickens up a bit so it’s no longer liquid, but it is still nice and gooey. YUM!
