		<description><![CDATA[If you wanted to reduce the amount of wet ingredients needed if giving as a gift, you can hit up Costco when they&#039;ve got their vanilla beans 10/$10 and scrape a bean into the original mix. Then you don&#039;t have to add the extract, and it will look more interesting through the jar, too. Just an idea. Thanks for the clever post!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Yes!  I was using egg whites for a white cake... I think you could easily sub in three eggs for a more yellow cake texture and flavor.  I would also try some different ratios with the butter and using oil and omit the almond extract.   Have fun with it! :)]]></description>
