SO good! I did use unsweetened coconut the second time I made them as I found them a bit too sweet the first time, but these are amazing!

I have a recipe for cocnut candy that uses potatoes. they are really good, taste just like almond joy.

Made these today and though not as pretty as your picture, I am was not as good dousing them with chocolate, THEY WERE DELICIOUS!! Good thing for my hips that I only made 1/2 recipe. Thanks for the recipe, its a keeper.

cebbow – I received the china as a gift from my mom, who bought it at an antique shop. The information on the back reads “John Maddock & Sons, England, Rego Shape 787954 Minerva” I googled John Maddock & Sons and I found a few sites selling it, so I would try that. Hope that helps!
