I like that they are not your typical chocolate chip cookie. The dough itself is not overly sweet, so the chocolate stands out. I omitted the pecans but I’m sure they are a great addition. I made the cookies “normal” size (the recipe says it makes 10 – that would make some BIG cookies). I’m definitely keeping this recipe!
