Tasted great and really hit the spot. It, understandably, didn't taste like the full fat version, but it still tasted great! Thanks for the recipe!

I made this with 3+ cups of apples instead and it turned out great. I actually ended up adding cinnamon and nutmeg to the apples themselves to give them more of a taste. I also doubled the topping because that's the best part and I didn't feel like it was enough. It definitely isn't super sweet, which is nice. It takes on the taste of the honey, so make sure you like the honey's taste prior to using it. (I also added a tbsp of little cubes of butter to make it more moist---which defeated the healthy aspect!).

I used frozen strawberries and I didn't have walnuts so I used sliced almond. Turned out great, crispy and not to sweet. This morning I ate the left overs with a little ricotta and loved it. Thanks for the recipe.
