These are so good. They are the type of cookie you keep going back for. There is nothing that screams “Oh, I have to have another”, but I find myself drawn back to them. They are delicate yet sturdy, simple yet memorable. This is certainly going into the book of favorite recipes. Also a great treat for kids with peanut and/or egg allergies.
