The trick to making these perfectly is to let them boil WITHOUT stirring! This makes them the perfect texture!

I couldn’t stop eating these. I like mine thicker, so I added probably an extra cup of oatmeal. These are so good and easy to make!

These are delicious and very addicting. A short cut I use- put the batter into a 9×13 pan and let them cool on the counter. Then stick them in the fridge to get really cold and cut them into bars.
