		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think that dipping the glass in powdered sugar would be an issue at all. If you&#039;d like to roll the dough out and use cookie cutters, just wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Roll the dough out evenly on a well floured surface while flouring your rolling pin as you go along. Baking time stays the same.]]></description>
