		<description><![CDATA[This cake was good.  Texture is nice.  I followed everything but I ran out of all purpose flour so had to use about 3/4 whole wheat.  It turned out just a little darker.  Next time I will use ALL all purpose flour and add MORE of the citrus juices (probably double them!)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[It turned out great actually.  Just like you said, the batter looked a bit funky after I added the yogurt and juices, and then more normal once the flour was mixed in. 

I also used lemon and lime juices/zests instead of grapefruit, just because I already had a lemon. 

I think the glaze - and poking holes in the top so that it seeps into the rest of the cake instead of just lying on top - is what makes the cake really special.
