Loved these! The whole house smelled of delicious peanut butter. I used a bit less confectioner’s sugar though, and they were still really sweet. I think I’ll halve it next time.

These are so delicious and simple to make, perfect for those hot summer days when you don’t want to turn on the oven. They’re pretty rich, so next time (and there will be a next time!) I think I’ll garnish with chopped salted peanuts or pretzels. Thanks for the great recipe, Lauren!

i LOVE the golden oreo crust on these – i will definitely be stealing that element for other recipes! the bars are very rich, but that didn’t stop the whole pan from being eaten
