I love that they don’t use the egg whites to make a glaze. I shy away from recipes that call for that. They generally flake off, plus I think it tastes ‘scratchy’. HAHA. Thanks for sharing this. They are very simple to make too. If you don’t like the taste of maple syrup, don’t worry. The maple flavor is just a ‘hint’ in the yummy overall taste.
