I made these yesterday… there are TWO left this morning. They are delicious! Very easy and I love the fact that they are totally from scratch. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It gets 5 mitts from me! (except that I don’t know how to give mitts ..)

I made these for tonight’s company..of course, the kids and I had to taste-test to make sure it was worthy. These look and taste lovely. The cupcakes have the perfect texture..not too dense/heavy and not at all dry. I used 1/2 cup greek yogurt instead of buttermilk and it was perfect..a recipe I’ll definitely make again. I could also picture these filled with a dollop of lemon-meringue-pie-type filling..if you had time to mess around..mmm.. TFS this recipe!
