		<description><![CDATA[This cake is very good its rich with molasses flavor has a nice texture. I used butter in place of shortening as I didn&#039;t have any shortening  and had great success. The frosting for me was reminiscent of marshmallow. Its fluffy sticky and sweet it was easy to make but needed to cool down before it became  spreadable. It kind of enveloped the cakes in stick white ooze until it set up. I don&#039;t think I liked this frosting with this cake but I like them seperately and will make them again! :)]]></description>
