I made this without an ice cream maker (just took it out of the freezer to stir frequently). It was AWESOME. I will make it again with a little less tonic.

Love this!

Added extra lime, 'cause that's how I like my drink!

I would recommed at least 24 hours in the freezer. Made this Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday night it was a slush, so stuck it back in the freezer.

By Sunday mid-day - it was perfect!

This is awesome!!! It is so easy to make. The taste is a perfect blend of sweet, lime, gin and tonic. We love! love! love! It doesn't totally freeze up due to the gin, but we knew that was going to happen. We ate it straight from the ice cream machine!
