I made this for a birthday party and there was none left. It’s good and easy to make, but make sure you hide a piece for later.

Made this cake last night for a birthday at the office today and everyone loves it! I did not have to bake mine as long as the recomended 75 minutes…i baked mine for about an hour and its perfect!

Definitely a keeper, and an easy recipe to make! I cheated and used canned coconut-pecan frosting.. All my co-workers scarfed this down at our luncheon, I had to hide one piece at my desk to carry home for the hubby!
