I used Granny Smith apples. I thought the recipe included too much spice for three apples, so I measured in teaspoons rather than tablespoons. I used #10 phyllo sheets that I cut down a bit. The oven temperature is not listed — I baked it at 350, and the baking time was about 30 minutes.
