This has been my go-to brownie recipe for ages, and I’ve used it so, so many times. It’s great every time (also great with Andes chips melted on top, peanut butter batter swirled in, broken up for sundaes….)

They had a tangy-flavor that I didn’t care for. They were also really sticky–I should have greased the pan. I will stick to my usual brownie recipe or use boxed brownies instead of this one.

I added a tad bit of cinnamon to give it that “mexican chocolate” taste and they turned out really well. It may have been the baking dish I used but next time I think I will grease it with a lot of butter and no flour or cooking spray because they stuck around the edges.
