I really did. I think perhaps my palate isn’t open enough, but they were a little too…datey. Perhaps next time I’ll cut back on the dates and play with the spices a little more. Aside from that, they were quite tasty (and this, coming from someone who despises beans of any kind, but has resolved to be more open to trying things!) I couldn’t taste the beans at all = perfection!
