I did not make the glaze (because I was running out of time), left off the bananas, and added mandarin oranges. Delicious! The only thing I will do differently in the future is spray the cookie sheet. I had the hardest time getting the slices out without crumbling them.

As luck would have it our neighbors came over for supper last night on a whim and I served this for dessert. I was nervous since I had to serve it without taste testing but it received rave reviews. Definitely something I will be making again soon. I loved the cream cheese layer as it wasn’t as sweet as most fruit pizzas are.

Everyone loved it! I skipped the bananas and added blackberries. The glaze is what really made it gorgeous. Just don’t let it sit too long or it will get soggy.
