My variations:
Since I used fresh peaches from my tree, I added about
2 Tbs. of cornstarch and I also doubled the topping and substituted the walnuts for pecans.

I used a 2.5 quart dish instead so I didn’t have as much crisp on top but still delicious. Vanilla icecream made it to die for.
