Since it is 500 degrees here in Tennessee right now – I didn’t want anything to “heavy”. Boy, was this the perfect ending to our meal! Even though I don’t think the strawberries can be beat – I bet this recipe would also be good with peaches or bluberries( I will make it both ways and report back when those fruits are in season!)
