I might increase the amount of batter the next time just because this amount didn’t quite cover as much as I wanted it to with this size dish. VERY tasty, especially over the recommended ice cream!

It was very easy to make and was a big hit with the family. I didn’t have tapioca and used 2T of cornstarch instead and it worked out great. Definitely great with premium vanilla ice cream! My daughter had seconds, and my husband had thirds. Definitely recommended!
