		<description><![CDATA[I made your wonderful cake this morning and it looked and smelled so yummy that I couldn&#039;t wait for tonight so I had a giant piece for lunch.  The brown sugar butter puts it over the top!  The only thing I changed was I used 1 cup of raisins instead of the nuts,  ( Husband loves raisins).  Thanks for sharing!

		<description><![CDATA[Very good!  I made it with pears (since I had over a dozen almost too ripe!) and I put the carmel sauce over the top instead of the bottom.  I usually don&#039;t use oil in my cakes and breads, I really prefer butter, but turned out great.  I also thought about adding some spices like nutmeg and cinnamon, but I am glad I left it as is.  The carmel is just what you need, nothing more.  I also used pecans.  It really is a great recipe.  I will make it again for sure.]]></description>
