		<description><![CDATA[I made this at the last minute to take to a dinner party. I wasn&#039;t able to leave the house because my wee one was sleeping and I didn&#039;t have time to chill anything. So I decided to make this desert because I had all the ingredients and it said it was easy! Everyone thought it was delicious! The texture and flavor of this pie were amazing. I served it with a jar of whipped coconut cream and a jar of smahsed pistashios, chopped mint and toasted coconut chips/flakes, toasted lemon rind, toasted slithered crystalised ginger, so people could spoon it over themselves. I was AWESOME!]]></description>
