		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m sorry but these were a big disappointment.  The batter was so thick that they baked up more like muffins than they did a light and fluffy cupcake.  2 Cans of pumpkin made the batter very heavy and wet--even after they were baked the &quot;cupcakes&quot; were still very wet. They  took a lot longer to bake than 15 min.  Also, the recipe makes more like 18 cupcake/muffins because it is so thick.  Good recipe idea but I will not be adding this one to my recipe box.]]></description>
