These were a big hit with my family. Instead of 4 dozen, we only ended up with 28. My kids made them a little bit big and ate a lot of dough...but that's okay because there are no eggs!

I made these today and they are wonderful. I couldn't locate any mini M & M's so I just used the mini choc. chips. I liked them that way because it adds a little dark chocolate flavor instead of too much "sweet" milk chocolate. I'll bet an almond Kiss would be good in the middle, too! I was able to get about 38 cookies. Also, I used butter instead of margarine and had no problem with the cookie flattening out.

I just made these yesterday to take to a picnic today and they were fun, easy and really good!! I also used mini m&m's instead of mini chocolate chips because I thought the added color made them cuter. Mine looked a little more flattened out and not as perfectly shaped as the ones in the picture... but they tasted good! Thanks for a great recipe.

Made these for my family reunion. My daughter and I had a test taste. Yum! We used the mini M&Ms. They are slightly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The best way to eat a cookie. I am sure they will be gobbled up at the reunion.

I'm saving this one... I can just imagine these little cookies with MANY different kinds of candies inside! There's so many kisses (peppermint for Christmas!), one's with nuts, white chocolate... now I'm imagining mini mounds bars, Reese's minis, the list is endless. I can't wait to make these!!
