		<description><![CDATA[These cookies are awesome!  The variation my family uses is swapping out the chocolate chips for butterscotch, and take the nuts away (use them for something else), and dye the egg whites a light green (not sure why--it&#039;s a family thing).  These cookies remind me of My Grandma Arda, who has been gone for quite some time.  When I miss her, I make them and feel like she&#039;s right there.]]></description>
