I was sure I was reading the recipe wrong when I saw there wasn’t any flour in the mix but they obviously are meant to be that way. I just dropped a dollop of marshmallow creme in the well of the baked cookie and let the residual heat smooth it out. The cookies that I used that method on turned out prettier than the ones I tried to smooth with the spoon.
